Where do I start?
Ask yourself the following questions:
1) What is the general purpose of the website?
2) What will my customers expect to find when they go to the website?
3) What is my budget for the website?
What is Content?
Content is all the data that goes into your website, aside from the overall design and navigation aspects. This includes text & verbiage, pictures & images, product & service descriptions, company history, contact information, etc.
How do I put all this content together?
Make an outline of your site and list your pages by name. Then, under each page heading, list the parts that will go on that page. Once this step is completed, begin writing the text that will appear in those sections.
Possible pages might include:
Home
About Us
Services
Products
Calendar of Events

Frequently Asked Questions
I need help writing my content!
Don't worry. There are people we know who would be happy to assist you with the writing of your content. Just let us know and we will refer you to someone who can help.
How do I choose my keywords?
Make a list of the words or terms that a customer might associate with your business, services, and/or products. Do not attempt to list every word, just the most important ones...say the top 30-60 words or phrases. These keywords are used by search engines to categorize your site in their search results. Usually, your content will contain these words and terms, as you write about your products or services.
